Fraternities can move up or down within their respective bracket due to PC, parties, etc. each semester.
Phi Delt
Fiji(Not impressed so far)
Delt(Gave out about a million bids)
SAE(Big PC from what I've heard. Getting better, but already not doing things with PDT and FIJI)
SigEp(Not sure)
Kappa Sig(Bad PC)
ATO (Small greek, mix of guys in PC)
Delta Sig (Decent PC, rented lodge)
PIKE(Decent PC. No lodge-- Their alum adviser mentioned concrete would be poured before December)
Sigma Nu(PC SUCKS)
Sigma Chi(Social probation until ~2017)
Phi Psi(Creepy PC)
TKE(Colony)
LXA(Colony)

The tke chapter isn't a colony, they didn't lose their national charter when they got kicked off.

Pi Kapp needs to be in there with Theta Chi and Theta Xi, definitely above TKE and LXA.

hahahahahahahahaha pike in the same tier as ka kappa sig and sigep has got to be the biggest joke. I'm embarrassed for those guys I'd hate to have my fraternities name in the same league as pike.

Swing and miss champ, Pike is DEFENETLY not above SigNu, ATO, And DeltaSig and worst in the same category than SigEp, KappaSig and KA. I would have to put SAE with them though because they have been doing all their events together lately.

Actually fairly accurate...
Might move SAE/Sig Ep/ KA in upper middle; and leave KS, PIKE, Sigma Nu, ATO, and Delta Sig as middle in about that order.
Who cares about the rest.

yes pike is getting better but i would still wait a semester or two before to put them in top middle tier, i would say middle-low middle for now.

Pike in Middle Tier??? hahahaha They have no involvement in campus or any big parties plus they have the most awkward pledges and actives. I'll probably put them in the Lower Middle Tier after they build the house they have been promising their pledges for the past 2 years. Anyone who even considers that pike is in the middle tier clearly has no idea of the Greek life at TTU.

Three comments posted at: 7:17, 7:18, 7:19 all saying the same thing. That's totally not the same person acting like multiple people. ha
It is not false to put Delta Sig, PIKE, Sig Nu, and ATO in the same tier.

Stop ranking ranking Pike that high, when they don't even have either a good PC or a lodge. For sure not middle tier.

Each fraternity can move up and down within its respective grouping depending on: PC, parties, and personal preference.
An additional point was made to keep fraternities who host bar nights/tailgates/parties with one another near each other.
Top:
PDT
Fiji
Upper Middle:
Delt
SAE
Middle:
Sig Ep
KA
Kappa Sig
ATO
PIKE
Sigma Nu
Delta Sigma Phi
Bottom:
Phi Psi
Theta Chi
Theta Xi
GDI:
TKE
LXA
Chi Psi or Chi Phi; whichever douches came back last week.
