If you think the Greek kids at Texas are hippies you're a moron. In fact if you think most of the GDI's are, you're still stupid. Also, quit acting like A&M is Harvard or something, you're better than Tech academically, but not by a wide enough margin to mock them like that.

List is okay, but it judges multi-cultural fraternities on the same scale as general social fraternities, which is a little like apples and oranges. Also, I'm not even a K-Sig but I'm pretty sure they are easily top 25.
