fraternities at tech are predominately judged by how many parties they throw a semester, how many girls show up to their events, and who they do bar nights with. intramurals have become a joke, and philanthropy is slowly decaying..

as far as prep school/eagle scout..every fraternity has those kids..but i'd say most prep school kids mostly go phi delt or fiji...public school/city kids go to like sae, delt, sig ep, and the whole bunch

Honestly, that's relatively accurate and far off at the same time. Those fraternities are so big that they have a ton of guys from all areas of Texas. SAE has a lot of west texas guys as well and Fiji has a lot of Houston guys. PDT is pretty accurate except I think Fiji has quite a few Highland Park kids too.

I'm just saying, how do you ever expect anyone to take what you're saying seriously if you can't distinguish between elementary words? Must be a Sig Ep or Pike or Delta Sig. Or hell, even an SAE for that matter.

I'm rushing in the fall, i heard that the best frats at Tech are Delt, SAE and FIJI. Can somebody just tell me if thats right? is it gonna be obvious at Rush what the good ones are?
