you want to attend the hugest parties go to: PDT, DELT, FIJI, SAE, SIGEP. They go all out and have parties with HUGE builds and tons of people in attendance. smaller parties would be Delta Sig, ATO, Sigma Nu and the rest...

Fiji is generally know as the rich fraternity but you don't need money to get a bid. It's going to be expensive to pledge Fiji PDT and SAE no matter what
