I'd say the rankings are somewhat accurate, but, it would be more accurate to say that some fraternities get slightly better, or worse every semester.

Who cares about being fratty?

Rent a friend join a frat... We give out "no frats" t-shirts at fish camp for a reason... because Texas A&M is the greatest fraternity one could ever join and our rings always show us a true brother whoever he maybe.

The universities which have a real fraternity life in Texas are: UT, TTU, TCU & SMU and that's it. A&M not even close...
