As long as the social chair or someone else who is 21 is willing to sign the contracts at bars and tailgate it won’t matter. There are 18 year olds more mature and educated then 30 years old. Judge people based on their character not there age. Sorry your bottom tier house full of graduating seniors is going to become kappas parking lot buddy.

Didn’t DChis have like 35+ pledges and ended up with 20 initiates for Fall 2019? Lol those 15 guys really dodged the bullet. Quite embarrassing to be associated with them 🤮 I regret going to some of their parties since my girls insist that we go because of the free drinks but then we leave right away and go to broadway instead. Still going to their parties tho next semester just for the free drinks since they’re simps lol. 🤷🏻♀️
