I've heard Axid has told their members that they have an indefinite lease on the house, but honestly until I see Axid move out of that house I'm going to assume Kappa sig is just talking out their ass

There’s no such thing as an “indefinite lease”. Leases end sooner or later. Like the first responder said, no clue about fall but yes by spring.

I don’t think they will be moving to their house this Fall. More likely Spring or Fall 2021.
