Kappa’s Parkinglot Fraternity definitely is the top house among those 3. They have the best grades in the spring 2019 and 2nd best grades fall 2019.
Sig Tau Gamma has the worst GPA in all IFC frat. They have overall better guys tho than Kappa’s Parkinglot.
Sigma Chi ... well who really cares about these guys? Weird vibes overall. Aren’t they getting kick out? They’re irrelevant.
