Trust me when is say if you are rushing next fall, these are the houses you wanna aim for

Delt / Sig Ep / Sae
By far the three most favorited houses at tech without argument. Yes phi Delt is a top house too but they are more of a network fraternity(nothing wrong with it)

We all know Phi Psi is top house rn.
All these other “top houses” are under investigation. Most likely will be on probation or get kicked out like Fijis. If you’re a PNM and if you rush with any of those houses above, just be prepared to not have anything fun during the Fall 2020. They were top and it was fun while it lasted, but we all know they are now spiraling down.

Kicked off means you lost your charter. FIJI is suspended. Big difference. Being a pledge in any Frat will not be easy. Better have a light schedule!
