These are the real rankings that people on campus will tell you. Anyone who disagrees is just butthurt....
TOP:
Phi Delt - loaded financially, unquestioned top
Sig Ep - Girls love them,rose top recently
SAE - Hosts low hoop, big events
Delt - Great lodge, Parties are very good
FIJI - suspended but still a house that many consider top tier
UPPER:
SNU - still in trouble lmao
MIDDLE:
KA - Mid tier
ATO - Mid tier
Phi Psi - Mid tier
Pike - Mid tier
Beta - Mid tier
3 WORST ON GREEK CIRCLE:
Sigma Chi - growing fast but still has issues
Delta Chi - Terrible house, quirky guys
Farmhouse - Everyone knows
BOTTOM:
Lambda - Don’t care to grow, Off campus house
Theta chi - Same story^
TKE - Lame Off campus house, issues with recruitment
Sig Tau - No house, small
Chi Psi - just kinda there
Kappa Sigma - new, bottom tier
AGR - 20 guys, 5 man pledge classes

Yup these guys have it right. In no way shape or form is Phi Delt #1 anymore. Trying to one up Sig Ep with this post lol. Delt has more going for them than Phi Delt right now.
