Yeah they have a off campus house on 20th and Boston or something, really solid guys who are on the come up. Still small Greek tho

Theta Chi is probably one of the better small greek fraternities we paired with them for a Halloween party this year and they're definitely fun guys to be around!

True gentlemen that watch out for girls. One literally rescued my room mate from getting groped by another not to be named frat guy at a party where she was admittedly drunk but she still wasn't looking to get assaulted. It's great to know there are still nice guys out there!
