is azd building a new house?

Sooo I’m looking at rushing next fall. I’ve looked at several sororities but met a bunch of AZD girls in one of my classes last semester. They were all super friendly and fun! I have considered going for them next year but I’m not sure what the house situation looks like since I know Kappa Sigma owns it. Do sororities get kicked off if they don’t have a lodge? Are there any future plans for AZD to build or would they rent out another property? I want to rush them but want to make sure the sisterhood has a good future ahead of it!! There is no land for them to build on Greek circle.
They could lease another kicked off frats house, or they could meet on campus somewhere. They won’t get kicked off due to no house.
If you like the girls don’t worry about the house.

I could see AZD in the house for one more year while kappa sig builds membership so they have $ to support house, but being back in the house can help them bring in members so who knows what will happen.
