How can you justify putting sigep over phi delt? Explain what sigep has going for them

Phi Delt isn’t as exclusive as you might think. They gave around 70 bids this last fall and about 40 took bids. The others either went Sigep , Fiji , or Sae. Just because a house was top 6 years ago doesn’t mean they will be forever
