Says a lot about a chapter who can’t afford to own. Maybe get some members who WANT to pay their dues? Clean up your own mess of a chapter azd before you start to worry about others

There is no available land on GC
It sucks that even if a new sorority or small Greek has the $ there is no where to build.
Other small Greek have gotten houses off GC but it’s just not the same.
The talk about expanding GC has been going on for years, and If its not approved now don’t expect it to be while you’re here.
This is nothing against AZD, the kappa sig house was available & they used it.
There is truth (above) that they can prob get another frat house to rent while they’re kicked off.
And that would be ok. Once you’re gone doesn’t matter if the house changes again.
I’m guessing when AZD expanded here they new they would have to lease, kind of sucks for the chapter now to have to scramble for next year.

Embarrassment? Hardly we have 80 new members that think otherwise. Andddd there IS another thread on here that has stated we are losing the house which is Inaccurate ... so Obvi YOU don’t know what you’re talking about
