If kappa sig owns their house it’s theirs.
There have been other suspended frats that came back & took their house back (ex beta)
Unless AZD bought it, and no frat is going to sell since land is so scarce, it’s kappa sigs property.

The lease is indefinite which means we never have to leave until we want to. Dumb boys.

If it is an indefinite lease it means it’s month to month then.
An indefinite amount of time, not indefinitely.
Kappa sig can say ok here’s your notice get out
The renter doesn’t control it. The owner does.
Doesn’t mean the renter can decide to tell an owner they can’t have use of their property.

No such thing as an indefinite lease.
An enforceable contract has to have a beginning and end.
