greek circle 3?
by: PNMDoes anyone know when a 3rd Greek circle is going to be developed and open for purchasing lots? I’m looking to rush a smaller fraternity that a lot of my friends are in, but the problem is they don’t have a house to throw events in. This is important to me as I assume owning a house makes many aspects of Greek life so much easier. I heard from a few ppl that the medical center owns the land behind the AXO and Delta Chi houses. Is this true? Bc Ik some of the guys were saying that’s where it will be developed... I’m just getting a lot of mixed answers on this topic so I’m hoping some of y’all can clear it up here. Thank you.

There has been talk for years about adding new circle.
If they’re not adding right now I wouldn’t count on it being added the 4 (ish) years you will be here.
Having a house is an asset, but not if you don’t have connection to guys in it.
If you like people in a small Greek house
sounds like that’s where you should be.
Ranks mean nothing & if people trying to rush you only have the house to offer not worth the time or $
