greek circle 3?

Does anyone know when a 3rd Greek circle is going to be developed and open for purchasing lots? I’m looking to rush a smaller fraternity that a lot of my friends are in, but the problem is they don’t have a house to throw events in. This is important to me as I assume owning a house makes many aspects of Greek life so much easier. I heard from a few ppl that the medical center owns the land behind the AXO and Delta Chi houses. Is this true? Bc Ik some of the guys were saying that’s where it will be developed... I’m just getting a lot of mixed answers on this topic so I’m hoping some of y’all can clear it up here. Thank you.
