AXD, aren’t they in Kappa Sigs house? What happens when they want to come back?

Kappa sig comes back AZD out.
Compared to others XO house is weak

Is kappa sig ever actually going to come back though? Maybe years from now, but I dont see that happening anytime soon after what they did.

Still not AZD’s house though, and kappa sig already been gone like 4 years or more so they could recolonize any time.
4 years is the longest houses are usually given when kicked off so everyone graduates.
@nosy there have been a lot of houses kicked off for one reason or another (and have come back) that are not publicized. Not everything is news.

my friend is in azd & said that they have a indefinite lease on the house so if kappa sig comes back they won’t hace a house

No such thing as an indefinite lease.
Wouldn’t be enforceable.
KS Is the owner so of course they can move back in with proper notice.
Sounds like AZD spin so new members aren’t worried about it.
