SAE throws the wildest parties so its not out of the question for them to #1, FIJI's pretty close to them and phi delt has some ground to make up in terms of being more fun and wild. Heck Delt is more fun than phi delt by a lottt. if we wanted to party with a bunch of boring stiff's we would hang with our parents...
