easy there phi delt, way to defend you house in the last two discussions. don't get butt hurt just because yall had no good parties this past year. everyone knows FIJI and SAE have by far the best parties, and parties are the most important part of what makes you top tier

Not a Phi Delt, but they're better than SAE, no question. SAE is borderline falling off, and may not be top tier if it continues. Phi Delt has better guys, but thanks for your opinion obvious SAE.

SAE is the only top tier house with a wet lodge and their parties are always the wildest. if you want to stand around the whole time in little circles and sip you beer by all means go to others houses. but if you want to get crazy, go to SAE. we all LOVE them, and most actually fun girls agree
