why can some have parties at their lodge and some cant ? and which ones can ? that seems odd to me..

Cause some have wet lodges and some don't. I know kappa sig has one and I think ka too

The only ones I know can't are FIJI and Phi Delt

KA, SAE, Sig Ep, Kappa Sig, Sigma Nu, can. Pretty sure delta sig and ATO as well.

Sigma Nu is technically alcohol free nationally, but they seem to not enforce it like Phi Delt.

The only relevant fraternity that throws parties at their lodge is SAE. Everyone else is dry or only throws parties at the venues they rent out. Anyone who says this is wrong is lying or doesn’t know what they’re talking about. There

SAE, Snu, Pike, KA and Phi Psi all have wet lodges.
SAE and KA have their largest parties at their lodges, others rent out venues.
