frat rankings from spring

Getting more general opinions, this time for Frats.
Top 4: (No particular order)
Phi Delt
Fiji
SAE
Sig Ep
Between these FIJI or SIGEP probably in the top spot IMO.

Relevant but not top, possible top 8s.: (again in no order)
ATO
Phi Psi
Pike
Beta
KA
Snu is somewhere in here.

Close but not there/Need some help: (In order.)
Sigma Chi - New on campus but retain the Sigma Chi name, which instantly brings in PNMS. Will probably be top in a few years as sigma chi tends to be
Delta Chi - Looked very promising in the fall pushing for top 8, vanished in the spring.

Unsure:

Sig Tau - Have pretty solid parties for lacking a house and numbers, house is still pending so thats a - for now. Could be guys to watch for

Lambda Chi - They are doing hoco with adpi but have shown glimpses of making a push.
