bad gpa
by: GuestIf you're coming into Tech with a less than stellar GPA (higher than the recommended GPA, but still pretty low) would you just recommend rushing as a sophomore, or maybe even in the spring? Are there any sororities that don't particularly care about grades?

All sororities are going to care about GPA. Study hours and all that kinda stuff will most likely be implemented so you should be fine. Sophomores are somewhat frowned upon to be honest. Just a heads up. Go to class and get your stuff taken care of and you should be fine rushing in the fall. As far as spring rush goes some houses don't do spring rush so that's up to you if you really want to wait.
