makeup and hair for rush

i know a lot of girls cake their faces with makeup for rush but the only time i wore make up was my quince and senior prom. i’m just not comfortable with it but i’ll do like bare minimum. are there any vids or websites that help out with basic but classy makeup styles? also hair lmao i have a big ass forehead so i have kinda emo bangs to help out. will that fly or should i try something else? love y’all <3
