Nationally, from a tier standpoint:
Strongest all over, across all regions (Kappa, APhi).
They are mostly top tier or upper mid tier at worst. They are only bottom temporarily when they are new. Jealous hate for APhi right now because they alone are uniformly attractive no matter where they are. Elite is Kappa's national brand. Hot is Aphi's.
Next strongest in all regions (PiPhi, DG then Theta).
Strong in multiple regions but not all regions (DDD, ChiO, ZTA).
Hit or miss in all regions (AXO, Gamma Phi).
Only good in the south; bottom everywhere else (KD, ADPi, Phi Mu).
Usually bottom; have a few solid chapters here or there (AXD, AlphaGam, AEPhi, AOPi, SDT).
Usually bottom with that rare top chapter (DZ,SK).
Always bottom (DPhiE, PhiSig).
Typically only at small schools (TriSig, ASA, TPA, AST)

APhi sucks only in the south and here it is:
Top at North Texas
Upper mid at Florida State, Texas, Tech, Oklahoma
Middle at LSU, Clemson
Bottom of the middle at Alabama
Bottom and new at Ole Miss, Georgia, Florida
Not bad for being their worst. Only bottom when they are new.

Let’s just look at Texas Tech.
AFlea is not upper mid tier. Upper Mid tier is Theta, Chi O, Zeta.
AFlea is Bottom ranked for grades, class, reputation, leadership. They recruit only on appearance.
AFlea is not considered by the smart, beautiful, respected, involved girls coming to Tech every year.

APhi is not considered by beautiful, respected girls coming to TTU?? Look at every single one of them. Look at their president. They’re all beautiful and respected and smart. sororities have grades between a 3.1 and 3.5 average for each semester. APhi falls within that range. They won So-sing and have cheerleaders and more. That’s involved. And sorry but they are upper mid here since you’re splitting hairs. And how dare you insinuate that beauty results in a negative woman. Wow! What a jealous hater you are. Girl, bye.
