chances at spring rush?

A middle tier sorority’s VP followed me on Instagram then personally text me (I have only one close friend from the house and she turned me name in) and reached out to ask to go out for brunch once school starts again. It’s been a month and close to spring semester and she has not followed one nongreek / girls from her house since. Does that mean I have a really high chance?
