Pi Phi- as usual, gorgeous new PC great grades and always top
Theta- got one of the best PCs, stole a lot of girls from other sororities and overall one of the best sisterhoods
Tri Delt- awful new PC and really slipping. whack and sloppy at parties but still top because of some of their older PC and great philanthropy plus new house
Zeta- got the usual beautiful pledge class, see these girls out everywhere and they party a little too hard but thats just zeta. defintitely moving up
Alpha Phi- hottest new PC hands down, sloppy at parties but these girls are really genuine and nice. moving up with zeta
Kappa- falling hard. most boring and plain girls ever only saved by their grades and new house. used to be amazing here but yikes
Chi O- actually did really good with their PC, very cute and fun girls. awesome sisterhood and most pnms loved them during rush. moving up! can see them passing kappa soon

Accurate. Kappa is falling fast and tri deltaas new pc was probably their worst. Zeta and aphi are definitely moving into top tier with the new pcs

I dont know if I would consider APHI top yet.... they need to raise their grades and then yeah put them in top tier.

Zta- not sure they’re moving up, really just seems like more of the same old.

APHi however is moving up in my opinion! They won sosing, are pretty girls and their taste of Texas is good ive heard.

Dg- there’s nothing wrong with them except a few of their members aren’t as cute. but their house is beautiful, events are good, and put on a good rush, you can’t deny that!

Axo- hopefully their new house gets them better retention rates.. that is all.

Kd- used to be a good chapter but now I’d consider them below adpi and axid, or at least heading in that direction

And I think there is a pretty big drop between
Chi o/DG and AXO /KD

KD is closer to bottom & AXO retention moves them down (new house doesn’t matter. Everyone has/getting new houses/remodels. Pi phi doesn’t have nicest house by a long shot and is still top)
