this is accurate and i think everyone would agree that there's no rank within tiers. The top 2 groups mix with each other and the bottom two groups mix with each other

unfortunately, yes, and this is probably their best chapter in Texas :(
DG and ADPi seem to be doing better than KD these days---but KD is still a strong chapter here because they all are. I'm guessing they just don't have the alum support of the others
