Accurate but I can see Delt dropping lower. They are the most mediocre fraternity at tech and they are too delusional to admit it

From a girl’s perspective FIJI knows how to party but their PC is straight doushes. Delt has a very different vibe than the other fraternities and that’s how they like it. Sig nu and sigep took very strong PCs and so far have been the most impressive thus semester

I don’t think delt is first, sig ep is defiantly first. Snu is second then the rest from there, but i have a buddy in lambda and they are popping off this year, so then after ka
