Well, if they are not allowed to do that, and they did it anyway it’s not fair to all the other houses who followed the rules.

Legacy’s are usually kept though today or tomorrow depending on the chapter.
After that it depends on how you fit with the chapter if you get a bid or not.
Don’t have your heart set on legacy house, or any house for that matter. I know that’s hard to do.
