do i really need letters?
by: scaredI'm going through rush in the fall and i dont have that many letters for each chapter. How will this affect my chances of getting a bid from a sorority if i have a good rush experience and good conversations with the girls?

Please do not listen to the person above. Rec letters are essential for "top tier" (incl. Theta). Highly recommend for mid tier and you can maybe go without for bottom tier. Some houses even have NATIONWIDE policies that don't allow them to take girls unless they have a rec. For those houses, if they LOVE you they MIGHT ask an alum to write one for you, but this is highly unlikely.
GET LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION. ONE WORKS BUT TWO IS BEST!!!
