Pi Phi and Kappa have always fought for the same top girls, but with Kappa's new lodge PBP really struggled to bring in a lot of the top PNMs last year. I think this recruitment will really solidify that, and with Tri Delt's new lodge there will be heavy completion with Kappa as well, but not with Pi Phi because they've never really competed for the same girls. I haven't heard nearly as much hype about Pi Phi from PNM's as I have in the past. I think girls are starting to realize that Pi Phi is stuffy, boring and insincere.
I have a feeling Theta will do really well this year as well. They're always selective and pick girls with great grades and great reputations. They're killing it on social media lately and I think that attracts a lot of PNMs.
AXO has been steadily falling for the past year or so and taking huge spring PCs. Hopefully their new lodge will bring them back on par with XO.
I think this recruitment could really be a game changer. What do y'all think?

Kappa and Pi phi are clearly the best two and always compete for the same girls. Tridelt May do better this year but they definitely have different targets. I don’t think that just because kappa has a bigger house doesn’t mean pi phi comes in 2. They are always top regardless if anyone likes it.

This is probably the most laughable rank I've ever seen...Theta is slowly moving up but is not nearly on par with PBP, KKG or DDD. DG needs to move back to bottom tier and A Chi O is definitely mid tier. Nice try!

Decent ranking except I would move Zeta above Chi O and DG. But I see APhi staying where it is and am curious about DG and Chi Os rush this yr...

What frat are you in? Clearly one that Kappas just don't go to because Kappas go out...a lot...but they stick with Phi Delt, Fiji and Delt for the most part. Also what do you mean Theta is weak?
