How come these are the only SigEp chapters left?

SigEp nationals suck apparently and chapters are getting the boot from hazing. That's what almost happened to the SigEp's here I'm pretty sure. Greek life all around is getting softer and softer with nationals. Beta went dry nationally and phi psi got messed up nationally as well. Who's next?
