PDT: Historically a strong house. Great alumni, wealthy, west texas old money.
FIJI: Historically a strong house. Extremely wealthy. Very popular with sororities. Mainly city boys.
SAE: Wild and unpredictable, but fun. Good mix of city and country boys.
Delt: Fun and popular with sororities. Gal pals.

Sig Ep: Top of the middle tier. city boys. good numbers, fun parties. Have been in trouble recently.
Kappa Sig: Top of the middle tier with Sig Ep.
KA: country boys/rednecks. falling off.

Sigma Nu: Top of the bottom middle tier. On the rise, but they are not known for parties and have a nerdy reputation. Bar nights were a step up this semester.
Delta Sig: Top of the bottom middle tier with Sigma Nu. Decent bar nights, very fun to party with, but infested with try hards. Mix of top tier looking guys and bottom tier looking guys. betas lodge.
ATO: Would be better if they did more socially. No bar nights and hardly any parties. try hards and douche bags.
Pike: No house. Doing surprisingly well however. Still a ways to go. The joke house among fraternities.

Phi Psi - Weird. awful parties. bottom.
Lambda Chi: new and weird. NF. no parties. cant afford sigma chis lodge. bottom.
