SAE is NOT a top house.

Sig ep is just not a good fraternity, maybe if they did anything ever they could be considered a top house but when you hear more about snu and ato parties it’s hard to take them seriously. Delt is cheeks. That is all.

To the comment above. Sigep has always ben a top house. They didn't have much this year bc they got in trouble. SNU and Ato are literally cheeks. Thanks for the input 😂

Sig ep is clinging on to what they were 5 years ago, tbh I honestly don’t know of any sig eps or think that their chapter holds any benefits besides an outlet to party, party kinda, party like some but not much cause nobody knows. Maybe idk, where’s sig ep?

All of those houses can be argued as “top” but here’s my opinion of each

Phi delt- nice lodge, tools, alumni base will make them successful and are high school esk exclusive

Sig ep- the guys who wear basketball jerseys over hoodies on too many occasions, fun but most seem to want to burnout in college

Sae- nicest lodge on Greek circle, worst of the 5 surprisingly, just got worse over the last few years. XAN

Fiji- Nice lodge, known for their parties, not known for nice guys. Smart douchebags

Delt- “Don’t worry my dad put his card on my account” pretty boys
