beta ranking

I am coming to tech in the fall and wanted to rush. Heard beta was good and they have a sick house. Why are they ranked the lowest on here? I know this isn't always accurate but to be ranked that low something must be up

You can be the best fraternity and have the worst house. Houses do not reflect on the Fraterntiy at tech. Beta sucks here

beta is a great group of guys and some of the nicest guys on campus. parties are chill and fun, definitely not top tier but these guys are actually enjoyable to hang out with

Beta does have a good house and some nice guys. They’re kind of nerdy and you will be able to tell at Rush. Just rush and keep an open mind and base your decisions from there.

They’re ranked so low because they just came back to tech a few years ago after being kicked off. They’re nice guys and are on the come up.

Decent mid tier fraternity, nice house, low ranked on here due to beef with delta sig and phi psi which are over now, all good fraternities, not at the same level as top or upper mid but not bad
