places to live around greek life???

Where are some GOOD places to sign lease that have a lot of Greek life living there as well? Leave suggestions AND tell me where NOT to live thank you!

I think other people may have a different opinion but I think the best thing you can do is live in a house in tech terrace. Obviously not everyone is a tech student, but there are areas where most are. I've heard so many people having problems with the apartments around campus and depending on your house and landlord, a house seems like the best and a lot of the time the most affordable option.

And there are so many parties, depending on what part you live in, you can walk or uber for almost nothing if that's something you're interested in.
