zetas not top cuz they spring rushed... any house that has to spring rush is not top...

Not true.
Any of the larger houses can easily have 10 grads in December.
Some houses chose not to do spring rush cause it's a lot of work, and just take the loss in December & make up for it in fall.
Stop making something out of nothing.
You're still not a higher rank then zeta.
