Can't tell if this is a delt self rank or a zeta self rank. First of all sigep and sig nu are both better than delt and everyone knows that. Pi Phi is top House still and theta is above zeta.

Pi phi definitely needs to be on the sorority list instead of tri Delt lol. For the fraternities Fiji and Phi Delt are lock downs. Top houses for fraternities are easy to pick out, biggest parties, exclusive, money, and looks.

Frat: fiji, phi delt, sae
