tiers don't matter after your freshman year--everyone just gets along and people date people they like, not because they're in a certain tier. Going by popularity though, I'd say

I agree with the first statement. If you're an upperclassmen, rankings are irrelevant. Most juniors/seniors (some sophomores) go to bars and befriend one another regardless of what fraternity or sorority they are in as opposed to the younger ones
