Farmhouse = lame. I would say SAE and FIJI... this is coming from a girls point of view. That might help. The number one frats on campus though (IN THE GIRLS OPINIONS) are Delt and FIJI.

Phi Delt, Fiji, and SAE do bar nights together and also low hoops which is probably the biggest thing in the spring. Delt is good just not as well liked.
