TKE can't afford that house. I mean think about it.. They were in Sigma Chi's horrible lodge instead of just building one on their own lot.

No lots.
Lamda chi, TKE, delta sig when beta came back, etc all tried to get lots & couldn't.
Unless TKE owns one of the lots and can't afford to build? Hadn't heard that.
None available and the few empty wont sell to anyone.
I heard pike is just going to keep their house & not lease it out.
They own it so I would guess they could do that.
