At this point, AxiD is close to if not already passing KD, which is just a house of misfits by now. Chi O has definitely passed theta with this class as well. If you think differently then you're lying to yourself. You can tell DG and A Phi recruited hard, which reflected in their new classes, all while theta is falling zeta is barely hanging on to top tier due to rumors of hazing, a bad campus rep, and slipping grades. Girl's just don't want the crown that much anymore I guess? Also, it seems like tri delt lost girls to kappa due to the fact that they don't have a lodge and had to recruit from the pike house.
These are just my observations from social media and being on greek circle during bid day. If you dont like it, get off greek rank.

I disagree with a lot of the explanation parts. First of all, Theta KILLLLED it this year, they got a ton of girls who preffed pi phi and kappai. I also don't think Kappa is higher than Tri Delt because of a lodge, I think the same girls don't want those two houses and Kappa had a better recruitment fair and square. KD is also worlds better than AZiD.
From my POV this all seems to be what a Chi O would want, but I'm not making any accusations.

Ewww kd is becoming garbage, wearing letters to parties and being sleezy. If AXiD keeps it up, they will definitely be above kd.

I would honestly say it goes like this although I would NOT put chi o and zeta really on the same tier but I also would put them with DG and a phi, they've risen a lot and have multiple amazing pledge classss to show for it but I still don't see them being associated chi o
