sorority spring rush

So pretty much some of the sororities that are below quota, take a certain number of girls, way less than fall rush. Usually adpi, axid, axo(took like 30) and kd(took like 4 girls), but sometimes the other middle tier and rarely top houses do that due to graduation and girls who drop. Over winter break, contact ALL the chapters you want or if you don't have a preference, all of them and ask about spring rush. Also before winter break, if you see approachable girls in their letter around campus, stop them and ask about it! Give them your number and talk to them. Also this semestsr befriend girls in the chapter you want!

So the sororities do not put out a list of which houses will be available during the spring?

No. Spring rush is informal and noone of the chapters will know if they can rush until January, when we get our numbers. I HIGHLY recommend your daughter contact all the chapters at that time to see who is participating in spring rush!

is it the same process? as in do you need recommendation letters and all the things that were required for rush in the fall
