I think this rush will be a determining factor in those houses that are interchangeable. I'm predicting a great rush for Kappa and Theta but who knows.

I can't tell if this is a joke...do you actually believe DG is comparable to A Phi.........literally how.......
and AXO having a couple bad years of rush doesn't change the fact that DG is a bottom house

Well since you mentioned these two houses, it's really quite simple. Last few pledge classes have moved DG up. I wouldn't compare them to APHI, but they are mid-high now.
AXO losing bunch of actives last fall (having to take a spring pledge class of almost 30 members ) brought it way down. Internal issues there are bigger then recruitment issues. Also, like DG, beautiful girls, they just need to get it together.
Maybe I would have agreed with you 3 years ago, but not anymore. \n\n\n\n\n

What kind of internal issues in AXO? I really want to rush them and feel like I should know what's up if it's not what a lot of girls are expecting. Like issues in leadership? Or are girls not following standards set for them?

there's a difference in taking a select few quality girls for a small spring pc, but axo took 30 girls. 30. tri delt has NOT taken a spring pc in a few years and isn't planning to take one in the spring anytime soon- same goes with ZTA. Aphi took like 6 girls this spring but they are pretty, quality girls, unlike axo. It sounds like someone is insecure of their 30 person spring pledge class. Better luck next year sweetie!

Alpha Phi had a 4 personal pledge class in the spring so idk what you consider "large".

NPC did change the rules so that total is adjusted each semester now to account for winter graduations and drops

No way chio interchangeable with theta.
KD ranked right & XO interchangeable with KD , and AXO should be right there with them.

Theta house ( the actual house-so pretty!) > XO
Theta members looks > XO
Theta sisterhood > XO
Theta > not = to XO
Of course when one house goes down others can go up. Your house goes down so everyone else's does too (or stays the same) Uh no.
This is college, even if the entire tech cheer squad was in one house their freshman year they would be gone 4 years later.
Rankings change all the time, because members come & go pretty quickly.
Recruitment willl be interesting for sure.

I'm not a theta but I've always really liked the house, they were even one that I preffed and then decided to go a different direction. A great house with great girls and I consider them top tier
