If my sorority chapter is not at Tech, will the frats still like me or want to be around me or are they all about being with the active sororities at Tech?

You don't have to be in a sorority to go to frat parties.
Any girl can go.
Frats and sororitys have mixers, mostly with new members, and they're usually lame.

Oh I meant that I wanted to be friends with members of fraternities but I don't know any here at Tech. What I meant to ask was if they're still friends with girls that aren't in sororities at Tech?

Don't worry, frat guys (and sorority girls) are friends with plenty of non-Greek people. There's no judgement. It's easy to meet them and become friends. Although it's easier to make friends with frat guys while being in a sorority (convenience, due to mixers etc.), you can still meet them through classes or clubs/orgs or living in dorms or parties.

Greek life is big at tech and welcoming.
Guys can even go to other frats parties (if they pay), so if you want to be involved in Greek life without being in a sorority you can.

You can go to parties without being Greek (girls can always go guys can pay)
Events specific to membership you can't go to of course.
Were you really in another sorority? You should know this.

I was in a sorority at another school but my chapter isn't at Tech. What I meant to ask was how to be involved without being Greek there. I don't care about the partying

The best way to be involved in Greek life is to rush again. Or make friends who are in a sorority and go to their philanthropy fundraisers etc.
