In my opinion Theta and above is what girls who care about rank stuff would aim for. Some people might say Zeta and above. Anything above AXO is decent though.

I'd say tri delt and zeta are both better than kappa, but they just got a new house which might have moved them up in ranks. I also say AXO will move up with their new lodge. And I'd put APhi above Theta, based on looks and involvement (though their GPA is lower than Theta.)
BUT I think everyone can agree on which houses are "top, middle, bottom" even if the order is different.

top tier can be argued but I don't see kappas being involved with anything on campus or with their philanthropy. A lodge shouldn't put one sorority over another, and most of Greek circle has or is getting a new lodge anyways! I would have to say zeta is ahead of kappa, but that's just my opinion

I agree. The only thing is, I remember going through recruitment and lodges did matter to some of the girls I met unfortunately. Some girls just fall more in love with ranks//the actual house than the girls inside which is what really matters!

Switch zeta and kappa. Kappas new lodge doesn't hide the fact they do nothing with their philanthropy, are not involved on campus, and have bland girls. Lodges mean nothing girls, and if you are getting PNMs who take in what lodges look like as a big deciding factor, those aren't the kind of girls I would want to be sisters with.

It can be argued that Tri Delt or Kappa is better, they're just very different houses. Zeta is very, very much at #4 though.
I think that Tri Delt's are super nice and fun girls and my sorority tends to hangout with them, I would love being a Tri Delt. But I think this fall recruitment may put them behind kappa because of the house situation and also due to their recruitment last year. But you never know!
