spring rush

I just moved here this year so I don't know a lot about the sororities here but I'm considering doing spring rush. Is it worth it since not all the sororities do it? Also what are the current reputations of the sororities? Are there any I should just avoid all together?

Do you have any friends at Tech who are in sororities? Is your GPA above 3.0?

Then do it.

Despite what you might reed on greekrank, all the sororities at Tech are good. All the chapters make quota, are very involved in philanthropy, have lots of social events, have high GPA's and have quality girls. Despite any reputations you may hear about, all the groups have all kinds of girls so don't let this site be your deciding factor.

I went thru spring recruitment and I am so thankful that I did. What ever you choose - follow your heart. Choose to be with people you really like.

I'm thinking about doing spring rush since I didn't get the house I wanted during formal recruitment. Any tips to be successful??
