beachballs or pre steak

Delt Beachballs is island/beach themed and they usually have EDM Dj's or rappers perform. Phi Delt Pre Steak doesnt really have a theme and they have rock n roll bands play all day with a DJ as well. Pre Steak also has a huge build usually with different bridges and towers whereas Beachballs usually just has sand and smaller build but a bigger venue. Pre Steak has more old tradition to it and has been going on since my parents went to Tech and they have a roasted pig and other food. Beachballs has bigger named rappers so they attract different crowds. Both great parties

Beachballs is beach themed with rappers
Pre Steak is rock n roll themed but honestly doesnt have a specified theme i dont think and has country and rock bands playing.
Beachballs is the same party as Fiji Islander and SAE Beach.... Phi Delt pre steak is the only party that is different from all 3 because it isnt a beach party
