Do I have to know people in order to get a bid to a fraternity? Even as a sophomore? I'm transferring but I'm not a shy guy. I'm really social and I'm good at keeping a Convo. Do they keep open minds for people they have never met?

No you don't need to know anyome.
Frats don't care that you're a sophomore as much as sororitys do.
